摘要
通过回顾近3年的国内外有关临床路径的文献,从临床路径的构建、应用的广度及深度等方面,对国内外临床路径应用特点进行了总结。此外,对临床路径在肾病方面及中医方面的应用进行了初步探讨。结论:临床路径的构建应与最佳诊疗方案相结合,需通过多中心的预试验为临床路径提供推广应用的基础。并应加强随访及变异管理,使其不断优化。
On this paper, the application characteristic of pathway has been summarized, after we reviewed the documents about clinical pathway both here and abroad. The content includes how to make up clinical pathway, and the scope and depth of pathway application. Moreover, it has given a preliminary discussion on the pathway application in kidney diseases and traditional medicine. Conclusions ： the making up of pathway should be combined with the optimal program of diagnosis and treatment. Trial test in muhicenter will provide the basis of popularization and application. At the same time, to continue to optimize, strengthen the management of following- up and variation is necessary.
