甲状腺影像报告和数据系统分级对甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析甲状腺结节的超声征象及甲状腺影像报告和数据系统分级对甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年1月经我院超声科甲状腺影像学报告及数据系统(TI-RADS)分级诊断的142例甲状腺结节患者,共183个甲状腺结节,均经组织病理学诊断并治疗,比较超声诊断与病理学诊断两者间的相关性。结果:超声诊断良性结节114个,而手术病理诊断良性结节105个;超声提示恶性结节69个,手术后病理确诊恶性结节78个。采用TI-RADS分级评价,并与术后病理结果比较。良性结节以TI-RADS 1-3级为主,恶性结节以TI-RADS4-5级为主。结论:超声影像学检查有利于对甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断。 Objective: To analyze the diagnostic value of thyroid nodules in benign and malignant thyroid nodules and thyroid ultra-sound signs imaging reporting and data system classification. Methods:Review January 2012 to 2014, a period in our hospital thyroid imagingreporting and data system(thyroid imaging reporting and data system, TI-RADS) in a hierarchical manner by ultrasound diagnosis of 142 cas-es of patients with thyroid nodules, a total of 183 thyroid nodules were confirmed by surgery and made a histopathologic diagnosis.Control therelationship and correlation between the two group. Results: Ultrasound diagnosis of 114 benign nodules, and surgical pathology diagnosis of105 benign nodules; ultrasonic tips suspicious and 69 malignant nodules, surgery confirmed 78 malignant nodules. TI-RADS classificationwas evaluated, and the results were compared with postoperative pathological. TI-RADS 1~3 level mainly were benign nodules, TI-RADS 4~5 level mainly were malignant nodules. Conclusion: Ultrasonic imaging would be more beneficial to the diagnosis of benign and malignantthyroid nodules.
