摘要
甲状腺影像报告和数据系统(TI-RADS)分类源于乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)分类,BI-RADS经历20多年,被临床和影像学广泛采用。参阅近几年国内外关于甲状腺结节超声研究的文献发现,国外TI-RADS分类基本一致,国内分类则较乱。本文以BI-RADS分类为依据,拟为统一国内的甲状腺TI-RADS分类提供参考。
TI- RADS classification of thyroid is derived from the BI- RADS of the breast. BI- RADS has been widely used in clinical and medical imaging practices since 20 years ago. The ultrasound studies in thyroid nodules published by domestic and foreign researchers in recent years,foreign researchers＇ TI- RADS is basically consistent,but always has division between domestic researchers. This paper based on BI- RADS,trying to unify the domestic TI- RADS of thyroid by charts.
