摘要
目的比较甲状腺癌患者应用超声影像学与病理学诊断的临床价值。方法以2018年7月—2020年6月在陕西省交通医院就诊的40例甲状腺疾病患者为研究对象,所有患者均给予超声影像学诊断与病理学诊断,对诊断结果进行统计对比。结果40例患者,经病理学诊断可知,良性甲状腺肿瘤8例,甲状腺癌32例,其中乳头状癌14例,滤泡状癌14例,髓样癌4例;经超声影像学诊断可知,良性甲状腺肿瘤8例,甲状腺癌28例,其中乳头状癌13例,滤泡状癌13例,髓样癌2例,乳头状癌、滤泡状癌诊断符合率明显高于髓样癌诊断符合率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在超声影像学特征(形态、边缘、微钙化、纵横比)方面,甲状腺良恶性病变对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺癌诊断中应用超声影像学的价值非常高,具有无创、快速等优势,是一种值得临床推广应用的诊断方式。
Objective To compare the clinical value of ultrasound imaging and pathological diagnosis in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods Taking 40 patients with thyroid disease who were treated in Shaanxi Provincial Communications Hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 as the research object,all patients were diagnosed with ultrasound imaging and pathology,and the diagnosis results were statistically compared.Results According to pathological diagnosis of 40 patients,8 cases were benign thyroid tumors,32 cases were thyroid cancer,including 14 cases of papillary carcinoma,14 cases of follicular carcinoma,and 4 cases of medullary carcinoma;the diagnosis of ultrasound imaging showed that,there were 8 cases of benign thyroid tumors,28 cases of thyroid cancer,including 13 cases of papillary carcinoma,13 cases of follicular carcinoma,and 2 cases of medullary carcinoma.The diagnostic coincidence rate of papillary carcinoma and follicular carcinoma was significantly higher than that of medullary carcinoma,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of ultrasound imaging characteristics(morphology,margins,microcalcification,aspect ratio),the difference between benign and malignant thyroid lesions was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer is very high.It has the advantages of non-invasive and rapid,and is a diagnostic method worthy of clinical application.
