摘要
目的探讨系统干预对口腔科实习生手卫生依从性的影响。方法选择在口腔科实习的32名实习生,采用手卫生知识培训,将手卫生纳入实习手册考核中,加强带教老师的手卫生管理,提高带教老师的榜样作用和手卫生带教意识等系统干预措施,比较干预前后实习生手卫生认知和依从性情况。结果实施系统干预后,实习生手卫生认知得分由干预前的(38.6±5.7)分提高到(76.5±4.6)分,手卫生执行率由26.2%提高到64.1%,洗手正确率由21.4%提高到60.1%,以上数据干预后均显著优于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用系统干预,可提高实习生手卫生的认知水平和依从性。
Objective To study the effect of System Intervention on hand hygiene compliance of stomatology intern. Methods 32 stomatology interns practicing in Jiangxi Province People's Hospital at June, 2014 were selected to be trained about hand hygiene, which was added into the examination of internship handbook, then some measures of system intervention, such as enhancing the hand hygiene management of teachers and boosting the good role model and teaching awareness for hand hygiene among teachers, were conducted during the internship. Results After the system intervention, the average score of interns in hand hygiene cognition was raised to (76.5±4.6) from (38.6±5.7) before intervention; the implementation rate of hand hygiene was increased to 64.1% from 26.2% before intervention; the accuracy of hand-washing was 60.1% increased from 21.4% before intervention. The data after the intervention are significantly better than before the intervention, there was a significant statistical difference between them (P〈0.01). Conclusion System intervention to interns can improve their cognition and compliance of hand hygiene.
