摘要 随着中国社会转型的加快和高等教育大众化进程的不断深入,高校新生入学的适应性问题日益突出。许多高校新生因不能较好适应全新的生活、学习和心理环境,导致出现各种适应性问题和障碍。在学生发展理论的指导下,高校新生校园环境适应性可以通过创设并优化校园环境、加强对学生的适应性教育以及培养提高学生的参与意识和参与能力等对策来进行提升。 With the acceleration of China's social transformation and deepening of the popularization of higher education, the adaptability of College Freshmen has become increasingly prominent. Many freshmen's unsuccessful adaption to a new life, learning and psy- chological environment, leads to the emergence of various adaptation problems and obstacles. Under the guidance of Student Development Theory, freshman's adaptability to campus life can be improved by creating and optimizing campus environment, strengthening orientation, raising freshmen's awareness and increasing their participation.
