摘要
本文辨析了"学生工作"和"学生事务管理"的概念,指出目前我国学生工作中存在的不足,进而从落实"学生发展理论"的指导作用、更新学生事务管理方式、构建扁平化学生事务管理运行机制、提高学生事务管理人员专业化水平四个方面,提出构建以学生发展理论为指导的我国高校学生事务管理体系。
The paper firstly introduces the development history of Student Affairs Management and discriminates the concepts of "student work" and "student affairs management". Then points out the disadvantages of student work in our country. Finally the paper gives four suggestions about how to found a new system for student affairs management in China that we should implement the guiding role of "student development theory", update management ways and contents, build flat student affairs management operational mechanism, and enhance the professional level of the management of the student affairs.
