猪转移因子增强猪细小病毒灭活疫苗猪体细胞免疫活性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨猪转移因子增强猪细小病毒灭活疫苗对猪体免疫效果,从健康猪的新鲜脾脏中提取转移因子,分别与自制猪细小病毒灭活油苗和猪细小病毒商品灭活苗联合免疫仔猪,并设猪转移因子和生理盐水对照组。免疫后分别用间接ELISA方法和流式细胞技术检测仔猪抗体水平变化和仔猪外周血T淋巴细胞亚群动态变化。结果显示,免疫后猪转移因子联合灭活疫苗组能有效提高抗体水平,且免疫后猪转移因子联合PPV灭活疫苗组的CD3^+、CD3^+CD4^+、CD3^+CD8^+T淋巴细胞比值均高于相应的PPV灭活疫苗组。表明猪转移因子主要增强PPV油乳剂灭活疫苗的细胞免疫应答。 To investigate the effect of pig with the transfer factor to enhance the immune effect of the vaccine against the virus, transfer factor was extracted from healthy pigs fresh spleen, respectively with self-made porcine parvovirus inactivated oil seepage and porcine parvovirus commodity inactivated vaccine immunized piglets, with the pig transfer factor and physiological saline as the control groups. Indirect ELISA and flow eytometry were used to detect the changes of antibody level and the dynamic changes of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of piglets. The results show that the combination of immune and porcine transfer factor combined with inactivated vaccine can effectively improve the level of antibody, and the percentage values of T CD3 + , CD3 + CD4 + , CD3 + CD8 + lymphocytes in the combined PPV inactivated vaccine group were significantly higher than those in the corresponding PPV inactivated vaccine group. The studies have demonstrated that the PPV oil emulsion inactivated vaccine's immune response to the pig transfer factor.
