摘要 为研究转移因子(TF)对PCV2灭活疫苗免疫效果的影响,本研究将经ELISA检测PCV2抗体水平一致的60头14日龄健康仔猪随机分成3组,每组20头。各组仔猪分别于14日龄和28日龄肌注PCV2灭活疫苗0.5头份/头(单独免疫组)、PCV2灭活疫苗0.5头份/头+猪用TF 2 mg/头(联合免疫组)和生理盐水1 mL/头(对照组)。于第一次免疫后第7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d、35 d、42 d、49 d、56 d、63 d分别采血,检测血清中PCV2特异性抗体水平和IgG、IgA、IgM浓度。结果表明:PCV2灭活疫苗与TF联合免疫试验期仔猪发病率显著低于单独免疫组(p<0.05),抗体开始上升时间提前一周,并且抗体水平一直高于单独免疫组;IgG浓度显著提高(p<0.05),IgA、IgM浓度和仔猪平均日增重有所提高,但差异不显著(p>0.05)。表明TF能够诱导PCV2灭活疫苗快速产生抗体,缩短免疫空白期,提高免疫效果,降低发病率。 The purpose of the expriment was to evaluate the effect of the transfer factor on PCV2 inactivated vaccine. The 14-day old piglets were randomly divided into 3 groups (20 pigs per group). The animals were injected at 14 and 28 day old with 0.5 dose of PCV2 vaccine in single immune group (SIG), 0.5 dose of PCV2 vaccine and 2 mg transfer factor in combined immune group (CIG) and lmL saline in control group (CG), respectively. The blood samples were collected from the piglets in each groups at different time in a 7 day intervals post the 1st immunization for the PCV2 antibody detection. The results indicated that the incidence rate in CIG was significantly lower than in SIG (p〈0.05), the antibody began to rise in CIG was 1 week earlier than in SIG, and the antibody level in CIG was always higher than in SIG. The concentration of IgG in CIG was significantly higher than in SIG (p〈0.05). However, the concentration of IgA, IgM and the average daily gain were not significantly changed in each group. In conclusion, the transfer factor was able to induce PCV2 inactivaited vaccine to produce antibody rapidly, reduce immune blank period, enhance immune fimction and reduce incidence rate.
