摘要
应用生物技术对马铃薯进行固液分离,获得马铃薯营养液和湿润全粉,进而分别与牛奶和小麦面粉搭配,每1 t马铃薯可加工出0.3 L的全营养早餐乳3 330袋和洋芋干物资含量在30%以上的马铃薯挂面550-700 kg或质量为0.15 kg的马铃薯馒头5 000-6 000个。其方法简单、实用、成本低、成效好、绿色环保、无污染,克服了马铃薯不含面筋蛋白、加工主食困难、加工成本昂贵等缺陷,同时还为利用洋芋汁营养液进行营养食品、减肥食品和保健食品等的开发奠定了基础。
Using biotechnology to process potatoes by solid-liquid separation, in order to achieve potato juice and potato residue. Then,potato juice mix up with milk and potato residue mix up with wheat flour,respectively. Through this method,a ton of potato can gain breakfast milk almost 0.3 L×3 330 land 30% nutrition dry noodles 550~700 kg or potato steamed bun5 000~6 000 about 0.15 kg. As a result,this technique has following advantages:easy,practical,economical,effective,environment friendly,and so on. It also overcomes the difficulty that staple food processing of potato which without gluten protein. Meanwhile,it also lay in the future of using potato juice to develop new products,such as nutritious food,diet food and health food.
