摘要
本研究以高氏1号培养基,采用平板涂布和划线分离培养法,从内蒙古巴彦淖尔市采集的盐碱地土壤中分离到一株放线菌(菌株编号BY104)。该菌的发酵液对引起马铃薯晚疫病的病原菌——致病疫霉的抑制率达100%;菌落的形态、生理生化特征和16S r DNA序列分析比较表明,菌株BY104属放线菌门的链霉菌属。该结果为利用该菌株开展马铃薯晚疫病的生物防治奠定了基础。
Using agar No. 1 medium,a actinomycete( BY104) was isolated from a soil sample collected from Ba Yan Nao Er via gradient dilution plate method and streak plate method. BY104 showed a highter antimicrobial activity against Phytophthora infestans of Potato( 100%). According to its morphological,physiological and biochemical properties,combining the 16 S r RNA gene sequence,the strain was Streptomyces sp. The results may be potentially usefull for bio- control harmful Phytophthora infestans of Potato through this strain.
