简单芽孢杆菌P10菌株对马铃薯晚疫病菌的防控作用 被引量:2

摘要 由致病疫霉引起的马铃薯晚疫病是马铃薯的一种毁灭性病害,且防治困难,利用益生菌实施生物防治成为研究的热点。为了明确多功能简单芽孢杆菌P10菌株对马铃薯晚疫病菌的抑制作用和防病效果,进而为深入研究和科学应用提供依据,以P10菌株活菌体、发酵菌液、无菌滤液为试材,采用对峙培养和打孔法测定了其对晚疫病致病疫霉菌丝的抑制作用,利用离体叶片和盆栽植株攻毒法测定了发酵菌液和无菌滤液的防病效果。结果表明:P10菌株活菌体和发酵菌液均能抑制马铃薯晚疫病致病疫霉菌丝的生长,使菌丝体膨大畸形,相对抑制率分别为66.7%和77.8%。P10菌株发酵菌液和无菌滤液对马铃薯离体叶片晚疫病菌的防效分别为57.2%和49.4%。盆栽试验中,接种疫霉菌孢子囊悬液前12 h喷施P10菌株发酵菌液以及接种病菌前后各喷施1次P10菌株发酵菌液的防效分别为73.9%和71.5%,接种病菌后再喷施P10菌株发酵菌液的治疗效果为54.8%,在接种病菌前喷施1次和接种前后各喷1次P10菌株无菌滤液的防效分别为60.3%和57.9%。简单芽孢杆菌P10菌株对马铃薯晚疫病病菌具有抑制作用,活菌体和发酵菌液的防效优于无菌滤液,预防效果优于治疗效果。 Potato late blight caused by Phytophthora infestans is a devastating potato disease,which is difficult to control.The use of probiotics to implement biological control has become a research hotspot.To clarify the inhibitory and prevention effects of the multifunctional Bacillus simplex P10 strain against potato late blight and provide a basis for in-depth research and scientific application of the strain,the confrontation culture and perforation method were used to test the inhibitory effects of live bacteria,fermentation broth,and aseptic filtrate of P10 strain on potato late blight growth.The disease prevention effect of fermentation broth and aseptic filtrate was determined using in vitro leaf and potted plant inoculation methods.The results showed that the live bacterion and fermentation broth of P10 strain inhibited the hypha growth of potato late blight and caused the mycelium to grow abnormally.The relative inhibition rates were 66.7%and 77.8%,respectively.On the in vitro leaves,the P10 fermentation broth and aseptic filtrate had 57.2%and 49.4%control effects on potato late blight,respectively.In the pot experiment,the control effects of spraying P10 fermentation broth 12 hours before inoculating potato late blight and spraying P10 fermentation broth just before and after the inoculation were 73.9%and 71.5%,respectively.The curative effect of spraying P10 fermentation broth after the inoculation was 54.8%.The control effects of spraying P10 aseptic filtrate once before the inoculation and once before adding once after the inoculation were 60.3%and 57.9%,respectively.B.simplex P10 strain had inhibitory effect agaist P.infestans.The control effect of P10 strain live bacteria and fermentation broth was better than that of aseptic filtrate,and the preventive effect was better than the therapeutic effect.
