内蒙古马铃薯农药残留与健康风险评价 被引量:2

Pesticide Residues in Potatoes in Inner Mongolia and Its Health Risks Assessment

摘要 明确内蒙古马铃薯农药残留状况与膳食暴露风险,为马铃薯相关农药最大限量标准的修订或制定提供理论依据。连续3 a采集内蒙古主产区327份马铃薯样品进行农药残留监测,结合毒理学数据和相关评价模型对检出频次较高的农药组分开展不同人群膳食健康风险评估。结果表明:马铃薯农药残留检出率为30.6%,残留水平总体较低,以杀菌剂为主,杀虫剂次之;仅氯氰菊酯属中度风险(Rf为2.0),应予以重点关注,其他农药残留风险指数Rf为1.1,处于较低风险程度;慢性膳食摄入商(%ADI)低于4%,处于可接受水平,不同人群亚组膳食摄入风险顺序是幼儿>老年>成年>>儿童>青少年。总体上内蒙古马铃薯农药残留检出以低毒性为主,马铃薯农药残留膳食健康风险极低,质量安全状况良好,建议制定马铃薯上吡虫啉和毒死蜱等中毒性农药最大残留限量标准。 This paper aimed to clarify the pesticide residue status and dietary exposure risk of the potatoes in Inner Mongolia,and to provide a theoretical basis for the revision or formulation of the maximum limit standard for potato-related pesticides. A total of 327 potato samples were collected from the main producing areas of Inner Mongolia for three consecutive years for pesticide residue monitoring. Combined with toxicological data and related evaluation models,the dietary health risk assessment was then carried out for the frequently detected pesticide components in different populations. The results showed that the detection rate of pesticide residues in potato was 30. 6%,and the residue level was generally low,the fungicides were the main ones,followed by the insecticides. Only cypermethrin was a moderate risk with the Rf value of 2. 0 and should be paid more attention,the other pesticide residue risk index Rf was 1. 1,which was at a low risk level. The chronic dietary intake quotient(%ADI)was less than 4%,which was at an acceptable level. The risk sequence of dietary intake in different subgroups was infants >seniors> adults >> children > adolescents. It could be concluded that in general,the detection of pesticide residues in potatoes in Inner Mongolia was mainly of low toxicity. The dietary health risk of pesticide residues in potatoes was extremely low,indicating the quality and safety were in good condition. It was suggested to formulate the maximum residue limits(MRLS)for imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos on potatoes.
