摘要
清代名吏汪辉祖在案件审理过程中,娴熟运用司法语言技巧,准确分析法律概念,正确适用法律条文,留下了"片言折狱"的佳话。他佐幕或服官的经验总结阐发了其关于司法语言的认识和观点。这些认识或观点有独特的价值,体现了对法律精神的弘扬,对法律权威的维护,对法律事实的尊重和对法律程序的信任。
Wang Huizu was good at using judicial language skills,thus helped him to analyze legal concept accurately and apply legal provisions correctly in the case of the trial process,finally contributed to his good reputation as an ＂upright official＂.Wang Huizu expounded his understanding and views on the judicial language：careful,detailed,and faithful.These skills or ideas have unique value,reflects the spirit of the law,strengthens the maintenance of the legal authority,promotes the respect for the legal facts and the belief in the legal procedures.
