摘要
新时期要使思想政治工作产生实效 ,主要应注意几个方面 :充分发挥教育者的人格力量 ;注意情感交流 ;坚持思想政治工作的务实性并提高工作的语言艺术。
In the new period,in order to make ideological and political work more effective,we should pay greater attention to some aspects:bringing the power of educator's personality into full play,attaching enough importance to emotional communication,persisting in dealing with concrete matters relating to work and improving on the language art.
