摘要
解决农机底盘小地块作业效率低的问题,关键在于农机底盘须具有小的转弯半径且不用倒车操作即能实现转向的目的。本文提出前桥摆转转向底盘的可行性研究,前桥摆转转向机构需要具有的转动与浮动功能。为确定机构的合理性,通过采用机械运动方案创新设计的方案评价方法,对多方案优化设计进行对比,分析结果确定第三种方案是综合性较佳的方案;将转向机构与底盘进行装配处理后进行Pro/E的干涉检查,确定方案的可用性,为后续的底盘转向时转向机构动力学分析提供依据。
In order to solve the problems such as small chassis and low operating efficiency of agricultural machinery,making the machine has short turning radius and rotating without reversing becomes the key point.The feasibility study on front axle swing steering chassis was proposed which indicated that steering mechanism needs rotating and floating functions.Aiming to verify the rationality of the machine,comparison among different optimization schemes was made by the evaluation methods used in the innovative design of mechanical motion.The results showed that scheme 3is the optimum when considering all the aspects.An interference check was conducted by Pro/E after assembling the steering mechanism and chassis,the feasibility of scheme 3was confirmed,and then the reference would be provided for the further dynamic analysis of steering mechanism during chassis rotation.
