液压轮边制动系统的混合摩擦转矩特性研究

摘要 针对传统液压轮边制动系统构建难度高、摩擦阻力大的问题,提出一种液压轮边制动系统的混合摩擦转矩的方法。分析了液压轮边制动器特点,并定量地估计了液压轮边制动系统的转矩可靠性。以液压轮边制动系统的混合摩擦转矩特性为研究对象,理论分析制动过程中摩擦副的摩擦特性和转矩特性。实验结果表明:能够有效提高制动性能,扩大制动范围,提高制动稳定性,改善摩擦副结构,使液压轮边制动系统构建难度减小,有效解决摩擦阻力问题。 In order to solve the problems of high difficulty and large friction resistance in the construction of traditional hydraulic wheel edge braking system,a method of mixed friction torque of hydraulic wheel edge braking system is proposed.The characteristics of hydraulic wheel edge brake are analyzed,and the torque reliability of hydraulic wheel edge brake system is estimated quantitatively.Taking the mixed friction torque characteristics of hydraulic wheel edge braking system as the research object,the friction characteristics and torque characteristics of friction pair in braking process are analyzed theoretically.The experimental results show that the braking performance can be effectively improved,the braking range can be expanded,the braking stability can be improved,the structure of friction pair can be improved,the difficulty of constructing hydraulic wheel edge braking system can be reduced,and the friction resistance problem can be effectively solved..
