摘要 铰接车辆转向阻力矩的确定是个难点。对TL345J铰接式自卸车进行原地转向阻力矩试验测试后发现,随着转角的增大,转向液压系统压力逐渐升高。文章就当前与转角有关的使用频率较高的几个转向阻力矩计算公式进行了求解计算并对比分析,并得出了一种准确计算铰接车辆阻力矩的方法。 The determination of the moment of articulated vehicle steering resistance is difficult. During the living steering resistance moment testing of TL345J articulated dump truck, a result that with the steering angle increasing, the steering hydraulic system pressure also gradually increases is found. The current resistance moment formulas related to steering angle and used frequently are used to calculate the TL345J articulated dump truck steering resistance moment, and the result is also compared and analyzed. Finally, an effective and accu- rate method is obtained to calculate the resistance moment.
