摘要
从职业性别隔离的角度出发,对传统社会性别文化在男性图书馆员构建心理边界时的影响进行观察和分析。考虑如何在建设先进的图书馆性别文化的基础上,消除社会对图书馆职业的偏见,重建图书馆人的职业荣誉感及团队效能感。
The traditional gender culture under the influence of male librarians when constructing a psy-chological boundary have been observed and analyzed from the perspective of occupational gender seg-regation.On the basis of constructing advanced gender culture of the library,combat social prej udice a-gainst the library occupation and regenerate library＇s professional pride and sense of team effectiveness.
