摘要 目的了解产褥期妇女的膳食行为及其相关影响因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法抽取306名处于分娩之后3个月之内的妇女作为研究对象,分别对其进行问卷调查和膳食调查,获有效问卷290份。结果 98%以上的妇女认为产褥期应该禁忌某些食物,其中14%认为应该禁忌水果。将产褥期妇女各类食物的每日摄入量与哺乳期妇女推荐摄入量相比,奶类和水果摄入不足的比例达到87.9%和87.2%,有75.9%的妇女蔬菜的摄入量不达标。Logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度为大专和高中以下是奶类摄入的阻碍因素(OR值分别为0.482、0.405,均P<0.05),家庭人均月收入6 000元以下和禁忌水果是水果摄入的阻碍因素(OR值分别为0.446、0.345、12.728,均P<0.05),文化程度在高中以下是蔬菜摄入的阻碍因素(OR=0.321,P<0.05)。结论产褥期妇女的膳食行为还存在诸多亟待改善之处,应针对产褥期妇女及其家人进行科学的健康宣教,帮助产褥期妇女走出传统习俗的一些误区,做到科学护理,健康保健。 Objective To understand the dietary behaviors of postpartum women and their influencing factors. Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 306 postpartum women delivering within 3 months as study objects, and they were investigated with questionnaires for dietary survey. Totally 290 effective questionnaires were collected. Results More than 98% postpartum women considered that cold food should be tabooed, and 14% of them thought that fruit should be tabooed. Comparing the daily intake of all kinds of food of postpartum women to recommended daily intake of lactating women showed that the proportions of postpartum women with deficient intake of dairy product, fruits and vegetables were 87.9% , 87.2% and 75.9%, respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that the negative factor of dairy products intakes was junior college and high educational levels ( OR value was 0. 482 and 0. 405, respectively, both P 〈 0.05), and the financial level of family under 6 000 Yuan as well as prohibiting fruits was the negative factor of fruits intake ( OR value was 0. 446, 0. 345 and 12. 728, respectively, all P 〈 0.05). The main negative factor of intakes of vegetables was high educational levels ( OR = 0. 321, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There are some problems needing to be improved in dietary behaviors of postpartum women. It is recommended to carry out targeted nutritional health education among parturient women and their families to help the parturient women escape from wrong region of traditional custom.
