摘要
目的分析脑心通胶囊联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病并高脂血症的临床效果。方法选取我院近两年收治冠心病并高脂血症患者150例资料进行回顾性分析,其中分为研究组(70例)与对照组(80例),对照组患者进行常规基础药物治疗,研究组则给予脑心通胶囊联合辛伐他汀治疗,观察并记录两组患者临床疗效。结果经治疗后,研究组患者的血脂指标及心血管事件发生率均优于对照组,两组患者比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论脑心通胶囊联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病并高脂血症可明显改善患者的血脂指标,降低冠心病患者心血管事件发生率,提高患者的临床疗效。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Naoxintong capsule combined with simvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia. Methods Clinical data of 150 cases of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia patients in our hospital within the past two years were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into research group （70 cases） and control group （80 cases）. The control group was given conventional basic drugs. The research group was given Naoxintong capsule combined with simvastatin. The clinical curative effect of two groups was observed and recorded. Results After treatment, the blood lipid index and incidence of cardiovascular events of the research group were superior to those of the control group, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Naoxintong capsule combined with simvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia can obviously improve the blood lipid index, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease, and improve clinical curative effect.
