血液灌流治疗重度急性百草枯中毒的临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨血液灌流联合血浆置换治疗重度急性百草枯中毒的临床疗效。方法选取2004年10月~2010年10月收治的27例重度急性百草枯中毒患者,在药物治疗基础上再进行血液灌流联合血浆置换(实验组),与25例仅进行基础药物治疗的患者(对照组)进行生存时间及死亡率对比。结果实验组平均生存时间为(15.5±5.3)天,对照组为(7±3.5)天,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05);实验组死亡率为88.9%,对照组为92%,两者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论采用血液灌流对于治疗重度急性百草枯中毒能有效延长生存时间,但不能较好的降低死亡率。 Objective To investigate therautic effect of hemoperfusion to treat acute paraquat poisoning.Methods 27 patients with acute paraquat poisoning(treatment group) were treated by drugs and hemoperfusion controlled with 10 patients(control group) with acute paraquat poisoning not treated by hemoperfusion.The survival time and dead rates were analzyed.Results The survival times of treatment group and control group were 15.5±5.3 day and 7±3.5 day(P〈0.05).The dead rates treatment group and control group were 88.9% and 92%(P〈0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute paraquat poisoning treated by drugs and hemoperfusion lives have long survival times and low dead rate.
