摘要
目的:观察研究早期中西医治疗混合痔嵌顿水肿的临床效果。方法:随机选取本院门诊收治的混合痔嵌顿水肿患者60 例为观察对象,病例选自2017 年11 月- 2018 年11 月,按照治疗方法,分为对照组(常规西药治疗,30 例)和观察组(中西医治疗,30 例),比较两组临床疗效等相关观察指标。结果:观察组的疼痛缓解时间、水肿消除时间、治愈时间等各项相关治疗指标均明显优于对照组(P < 0.05),差异有统计学意义。观察组的临床治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P <0.05),差异有统计学意义。观察组患者对治疗效果的总满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P < 0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:采用中西医结合治疗混合痔嵌顿水肿,能够有效减轻患者,改善临床症状,促进创面愈合,对于提高治疗效果具有非常显著的促进作用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on mixed hemorrhoids incarcerated edema. Methods: 60 cases were randomly selected as the observation objects. They were divided into the control group (received conventional western medicine, 30 cases) and the observation group (received the integrative medicine, 30 cases). Results: The pain relief time, edema elimination time and cure time in the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The total efficiency in the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrative medicine is effective on mixed hemorrhoids incarcerated edema, by improving clinical symptoms and promoting wound healing.
