摘要
目的比较不同生物监测系统对压力蒸汽灭菌效能验证的效果。方法 4种自含式生物指示剂经132℃,480秒压力蒸汽灭菌后进行培养,灭菌条件相同,培养方法和培养阅读器不同,得出灭菌后培养结果,研究不同生物培养阅读器中的生物指示剂培养结果是否一致。结果灭菌后培养3种自含式生物指示剂均快速得出结果,但不同品牌生物监测结果不一致,影响培养结果的判读和灭菌有效性。结论不同生物监测系统的指示剂携菌量不一致,灭菌后培养,指示剂产生葡萄糖苷酶的增量不一致,生物培养阅读器的稳定性也不一致,选择更快捷、更稳定,且经国际第三方机构验证的指示剂和阅读器,能够保障CSSD器械流转的安全性和周转率。
OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of different biological monitoring systems on validation of effective- ness of pressure steam sterilization. METHODS Totally 4 types of self-contained biological indicators were cultured after the pressure stream sterilization was conducted at 132 ~C for 480 seconds, the sterilization conditions were the same, but the culture methods and culture readers were different. The culture results were obtained after the sterilization, and the results of culture of biological indicators were observed and compared among the biological culture readers. RESULTS The results of culture of three types of self-contained biological indicators were quickly obtained after the sterilization and culture but varied in the result of biological monitoring, which influenced the in- terpretation of the culture result and the effectiveness of sterilization. CONCLUSION The indicators of the biologi- cal monitoring systems varied in the carrying amount of bacteria, the increment of glucosidase enzymes that are generated by the indicators vary after the sterilization and culture, the stability of the biological culture readers is different. It is necessary to choose more rapid and more stable indicators and readers that are validated by interna- tional third party institution so as to ensure the safety and turnover rate of instruments in CSSD.
