摘要
目的研究极速生物监测在灭菌监测中的应用价值。方法将2017年1—12月使用快速生物监测技术阶段作为对照组,2018年3月—2019年3月使用极速生物监测技术阶段作为实验组,比较两组手术器械周转时间,该批次生物监测阳性召回率,急诊手术紧急放行率。结果手术器械周转时间实验组(2.31±0.33)h,对照组(3.91±0.60)h,经t检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);该批次生物监测阳性召回率,对照组阳性3次,召回3次,召回率100.00%,实验组阳性3次,召回0次,召回率0.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急诊手术提前放行率实验组107例,提前放行3例,放行率2.80%,对照组96例,提前放行96例,放行率100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论极速生物监测技术的应用,对临床、对医院感染,对医疗风险、对手术器械购买成本等方面都具有极高价值意义。
Objective To study the application value of extremely fast biological monitoring in sterilization monitoring.Methods From January to December 2017,the rapid biological monitoring technology was used as the control group,and from March 2018 to March 2019,the rapid biological monitoring technology was used as the experimental group.The cycle time of surgical instruments was compared between the two groups,and the biological monitoring of this batch positive recall rate,emergency release rate for emergency surgery.Results Turnaround time of the surgical instruments was(2.31±0.33)h in the experimental group and(3.91±0.60)h in the control group.The t test was,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive recall rate of the biological monitoring in this batch was 3 positive and 3 recalls,the recall rate was 100.00%,3 positive in the experimental group,0 recalls,and 0.00%recall rate,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);107 cases of emergency surgery were released in advance during the experimental group.3 cases were released in advance,with a release rate of 2.80%,96 cases in the control group,96 cases were released in advance,and the release rate was 100.00%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid biological monitoring technology is of great value to clinical,hospital infection,medical risk,and purchase cost of surgical instruments.
