摘要
分析CBA联赛的运营模式,进一步挖掘其形成诱因、困境与现实障碍等市场化进程中市场和政府失灵的作用路径,并据此提出CBA市场化的路径选择,认为:CBA联赛运营模式存在产权问题、委托-代理问题和逆向选择问题3大困境,原有制度遗产、渐进式改革进程、国际模式沿用、国内模式不成熟、有效需求(供给)不足为困境形成诱因,并造成运营治理困境与职业体育精神欠缺等现实障碍。CBA市场化的路径选择为制度改革需要与时俱进,学习国际需要适应国情,市场化进程需要多方协同。
This paper analyzes the operation mode of CBA,explores the inducement,dilemma and the realisticobstacles in the CBA marketization path, and puts forward the selection of CBA marketization path.The result shows that property rights,principal-agent and adverse selection are the three dilemmas of theoperation mode of CBA. The original system of heritage, incremental reform process, the internationalmodel, the immature domestic mode and the insufficient effective demand （supply） are the inducements,which result in the operational dilemmas and lack of professional sports spirit The path selection measuresfor CBA marketization are that system reform needs to keep pace with the times, that the imitation ofinternational operation mode needs to adapt to the current Chinese situation, and that the marketizationprocess needs multilateral coordination.
