Co取代Ni(OH)_2纳米粉体的制备、表征及电化学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文利用固相反应制备了不同取代量的Co取代Ni(OH) 2 纳米样品。X射线衍射、透射电镜测试结果表明所得样品均为 β Ni(OH) 2 ,粒子呈球形 ,粒径大小在 4 0nm左右。TG DTA热分析结果表明 ,温度高于2 0 0℃时 ,Ni(OH) 2 开始不可逆的分解为NiO。循环充放电、循环伏安及Tafel极化等电化学测试结果表明适量Co的掺入 ,降低了电极内阻 ,提高了电极反应的可逆性 ,抑制了析氧过程的发生 ,提高了电极的充电效率 。 Nanophase Co substituted nickel hydroxide samples were synthesized by solid state reaction and characterized by XRD,TEM,and TG DTA techniques.The results showed that the products were nanosized(40nm),globe shaped β Ni(OH) 2 materials.TG DTA curves showed that β Ni(OH) 2 began to decompose when temperature was above 200℃.The electrochemical behaviors of various cobalt substituted nanophase nickel hydroxide were studied by charge discharge,cyclic voltammetry and Tafel curve experiments.The results indicated that the internal resistance of nickel electrode was lowered because of the presence of Co,and the reversity and the oxygen evolution potential of the nickel electrode were increased.As a result,the charging efficiency,discharge capacity and the cyclic life of cobalt substituted nanophase nickel hydroxide were improved.
