摘要
采用陶瓷法制备了La、Co取代的M型锶铁氧体Sr1-xLaxFe12-xCoxO19(x=0.05~0.20)。用X射线衍射仪、振动样品磁强计和永磁材料测量仪对粉末样品的结构与磁学性能进行了观测。系统地研究了La、Co取代对M型锶铁氧体结构和磁性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着替代量x的增大,内禀矫顽力Hcj增大,而比饱和磁化强度δs和剩磁Br先增大后减小。La、Co部分取代能明显改善M型锶铁氧体的内禀磁性。
La-Co substituted Sr1-xLaxFe12-xCoxO19, M-Type strontium ferrites were prepared by ceramic processing. The crystal structure and magnetic properties was studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The influences of La-Co substitution on the structure and magnetic properties of Sr1-xLaxFe12-xCoxO19 were systematically investigated. The experimental results show that intrinsic coereivity Hcj increases, while saturation magnetization δs and remnanence magnetism Br increases at beginning and then decreases slowly with increasing substitution amount. A suitable amount of La-Co substitution may remarkably increase the saturation magnetization δs and the intrinsic coercivity Hcj.
