摘要
利用微波烧结工艺制备M型锶铁氧体永磁材料,对微波烧结温度条件进行探索。试验结果表明:微波烧结工艺可以成功地制备M型锶铁氧体永磁材料,并且,微波烧结工艺制备的锶铁氧体的磁性能基本都可以达到日本TDK公司的FB6系列。同时,选择合适的烧结温度有利于提高锶铁氧体的磁性能和视密度。
The study on preparation of M-type strontium ferrite magnet materials by microwave sintering process is introduced,to explore the microwave sintering temperature.It was found that M-type strontium ferrite permanent magnet material can be successfully prepared by microwave sintering,and,the magnetic properties of strontium ferrite were able to reach the Japanese TDK FB6 standard by microwave sintering.To select the appropriate sintering temperature was propitious for the magnetic property and the apparent density of strontium ferrites.
