ICP-AES法测定蒙古扁桃药材根际土壤元素含量 被引量:4

摘要 采用硝酸-盐酸-过氧化氢-氢氟酸体系消解蒙古扁桃根际土壤样品,ICP-AES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法)同时测定了蒙古扁桃药材根际土壤中Ca,Mg,K,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Mo,Pb,Hg和Cd等11种元素的含量。11种元素的检出限为0.0008~0.0092 mg·L-1,加标回收率为93%~108%,方法的RSD为0.40%~1.84%。结果表明,该方法快速、简便、数据准确可靠,结果令人满意。 The samples were digested by nitric acid-hydrochloric acid-hydrogen peroxide-hydrofluoric acid. The contents of Ca, Mg, K, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Mo, Pb, Hg and Cd in the rhizosphere soil of Amygdalus mongolica were determined by ICP-AES, at the same time, a blank experiment was made. The results showed that the detection limit was between 0. 0008 ~0. 0092 mg ~ L-1 , and the recovery rate was between 93% - 108%, the relative standard deviation was between 0.40% ~ 1.84%. This method is fast, simple and accurate.
