摘要
介绍了采用紫外分光光度法测定水中的含油量.依据朗伯-比尔定律,选择256nm检测光波长,选取标准油样,用最小二乘法对实验数据进行线性回归,列出回归方程,并对方法的检出限以及准确度、精密度进行了实验分析.此外与红外吸收光谱法进行了对比实验.实践证明该方法简单可行,测得的数据准确可靠.
The analytical study of oilinwater using UV spectrometry was introduced. Based on the law of LambertBouguer and Beer, we got a linear regression equation by using the leastsquared method. The detection wavelength was set at 256 nm. The detection limit, accuracy and precision were also investigated through a series of experiments. Furthermore, we took an IR spectrum control experiment. The study showed that the UV method was simple, feasible and reliable.
