摘要 目的:探讨走马胎药材质量与土壤因子的关系,为其栽培提供科学依据。方法:实地采集走马胎样地土壤及药材样品,测定16个土壤指标及走马胎总皂苷含量。采用相关性分析、主成分分析等统计方法分析土壤因子对走马胎药材质量的影响。结果:不同产地走马胎土壤无机元素含量存在明显差异;走马胎不同组织部位的总皂苷含量差异显著;相关分析结果表明,在走马胎根中,总皂苷含量与土壤中全N、全P、有效P、有效Cu、有效Zn、全Mg及全Fe含量呈极显著正相关;在茎、叶中,总皂苷含量与有机质、交换性Mg、全Ca含量呈极显著正相关;主成分分析表明,对走马胎总皂苷含量影响最大的土壤因子是全P、有效P、全K和有效K的含量。此外,通过以土壤分析指标含量为基础数据进行量化计算得到综合主成分值F_(综),可以在一定程度上表征走马胎药材质量的优劣,表明走马胎药材质量与土壤元素之间存在相关性。结论:土壤因子是影响走马胎药材质量的重要因素,土壤P、K含量是影响走马胎药材质量的土壤主导因子。 Objective: To explore the relationship between the quality of Ardisia gigantifolia and soil factors, so as to provide scientific basis for the cultivation.Methods: The samples of soil and medicinal materials of Ardisia gigantifolia were collected on the spots, and 16 soil indexes and the content of total saponins were determined.The effects of soil factors on the quality of Ardisia gigantifolia were analyzed by correlation analysis, principal component analysis and other statistical methods.Results: There were significant differences in the contents of inorganic elements in the Ardisia gigantifolia soil from different regions.The content of total saponins in different parts of Ardisia gigantifolia was significantly different.The results of correlation analysis showed that the content of total saponins was positively correlated with the total N,total P,available P,available Cu, available Zn, total Mg and total Fe contents in soil.In stems and leaves, the contents of total saponins were positively correlated with the contents of organic matter, exchangeable Mg and total Ca.Principal component analysis showed that the soil factors with the greatest infulence on the content of total saponins were the contents of total P,available P,total K and available K.Based on the quantitative calculation of soil chemical index content, the comprehensive principal component value could characterize the quality of Ardisia gigantifolia to a certain extent, indicating that there is a correlation between the quality of Ardisia gigantifolia and soil elements.Conclusion: Soil factors are important factors affecting the quality of Ardisia gigantifolia,and the contents of P and K in soil are the dominant factors affecting the quality of Ardisia gigantifolia.
