110kV AIS+GIB母线优化布置电场强度评估

Evaluation of Electric Fields Strengthin AIS+GIB Configuration

摘要 以十堰220kV变电站工程110kV侧出线间隔为对象,分析了空气绝缘设备和SF6绝缘母线优化布置下的电场分布情况。根据电磁计算原理,借助有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了电场计算模型;通过有效的模型简化,在允许误差范围内减少了计算成本。结果表明,与变电站典型设计A-2方案相比,该优化布置方案在纵向尺寸缩减37.5%的情况下,电场强度峰值上升了8.6%,平均电场强度下降了14.7%,符合相关标准。 Taking the optimal design for 110 kV outgoing line bays in 220 kV Shiyan substation engineering project as an example, the electric-field distribution in AIS and GIB optimal configuration was analyzed and a simulation model by ANSYS was established. The simplified models were built to reduce the difficulty of calculation. Compared with 220-A- 2 universal design, this optimization scheme has an advantages of saving 37.5% horizontal dimension and 14.7% average electric-field strength. The maximal electric-field value only increase 8.6.%, which will meet the professional standard.
