基于构建乡村幼儿教师专业发展支持体系的培训需求调查研究——以西藏地区为例 被引量:14

摘要 近年来,西藏幼儿教师依靠培训,教师队伍整体水平有了明显提高,但与国家"乡村教师支持计划"要求相比,仍然存在较大的问题和差距。文章在"乡村教师支持计划"理念支撑下,以西藏乡村幼儿教育参培教师为调查对象,从培训目的、培训需求程度、培训形式、培训内容、培训模式、培训教师、培训满意度及调查对象培训背景信息等方面客观分析了当前西藏幼儿教师培训需求中存在的主要问题及成因,并提出了以构建"乡村教师专业发展支持服务体系"为导向的培训策略:建立集中培训、跟岗实践和网络研修相融合的混合式培训模式,建设优质高效的"两级"教师培训团队,精心设计教研类与培训类并重的常态化课程体系,科学制定"过程监管"与"绩效评估"培训质量标准和实施路径、深入开展专项调研。 In recent years, the preschool teachers~ overall level has been significantly improved by training in Ti- bet, but compared with the requirements of the national "Rural Teachers' Supporting Plan", many problems and gaps still exist. With the idea of the Plan, a survey research targeting the rural preschool teachers participating in the training has been done from the aspects of the training objectives, demands, form, content, mode, trainers, sat- isfaction, trainees' background information and so on. The writer objectively analyses the main problems existed in the current Tibet' s preschool teacher training needs, and puts forward some training strategies of building ru- ral teachers" professional development supporting service-oriented system: establishing a centralized and blend- ed training mode with post practice and network training, constructing qualified and efficient trainer team, de- signing normal curriculum system, scientifically formulating training quality standards and implementation path for "process control" and "performance evaluation", and carrying out some special research.
