摘要
培训是农村幼儿教师专业发展来说是一个重要的途径,对与教师的综合素养的提升具有重要作用。结合200位农村幼儿教师的调研数据显示:在农村的幼儿教师专业发展的培训中,财政支持相对来说欠缺且保障制度措施不完善、师德师风管理薄弱且理论知识与技能发展失衡、培训内容相对脱离实际需求且区域性知识较少、忽视专业发展的阶段性且个性化教学方面不足等存在诸多现实困境。提出增加农村幼儿教师专业发展培训专项培训经费并建立相应服务保障机制、完善师德教育管理并幼教知识与技能培训结合、传授适合的专业发展培训内容且符合园所的发展需求、提升其专业化成长路径多元化的实效性和多样化教学设计的针对性等相应对策。进而更一步地促进了幼儿教师专业技能方面的提升,综合素养知识的提高,乡村振兴战略的顺利实现。
Training is an important way for the professional development of preschool teachers in rural areas,and plays an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of teachers.According to the survey data of 200 preschool teachers,there are many practical dilemmas in rural preschool teachers’professional development training such as insufficient financial support,imperfect safeguard measures,weak management of teacher ethics education,imbalanced theoretical knowledge and skills development,detached training content from actual demand and regional knowledge,neglecting the stage of professional development and lack of personalized teaching.It is proposed to increase special training funds for professional development training of rural kindergarten teachers and establish corresponding service guarantee mechanisms,improve teacher ethics education management and combine preschool education knowledge and skills training,impart suitable professional training content to meet the development needs of the kindergarten,and enhance their professionalism with corresponding countermeasures like the diversification of growth path,the pertinence of diversified teaching design.Furthermore,it promotes the improvement of preschool teachers’professional skills and their comprehensive quality,and the smooth realization of the rural revitalization strategy.
