摘要
《幼儿园教师专业标准》既是国家对幼儿教师专业知识和职业素养的基本要求,也是幼儿教师专业发展的基本准则,更是幼儿教师职业准入的基本依据。教师资格考试全国统考后,幼儿教师资格认定面临着全国标准统一、考试要求提高、申请难度增加、取消师范院校毕业生自然过渡制度等方面的挑战。幼儿教师职前培养的改革重点应立足于在职业准入方面提高学历层次并体现资格认证的公平;在学前教育专业人才培养中注重提升学生的专业知识与基本能力,注重实践性;改革教师教育课程内容,强化专业课程与教育理论课程的融合,促进幼儿教师的专业成长。
For the early childhood pre-service teacher, "Teacher Professional Standards at Kindergartens" is the basic requirement of the country for the professional knowledge and professional quality, the basic criterion for the professional development, and also the basic basis for the professional access. The teacher certification exams are run on a nationwide system. Pre-service teacher licensing decisions have to face challenges from the national standards, high" requirement exam, harder requisition, especially the abol- ished "natural'Teacher qualification certificate for normal school students. The Reform of Early Child-hood Pre-service Teacher Education need to enhance the degree of admittance criteria; ensure fairness of the certification; improve the students' professional knowledge, ability and practical skill; amend the teacher education curriculum, enhance linking education theory with professional courses in order to pro- mote the professional growth, of early childhood teachers.
