摘要
箱式模块建筑是一种工厂化程度很高的预制装配式建筑体系。它具有施工速度快、生产效率高、建造过程环保等优点,符合目前国家提倡的工业化建造政策导向,具有良好的市场前景。然而传统模块建筑通常采用方钢管柱,存在连接不便的问题,为此,提出一种采用槽形截面钢作为模块梁柱的型钢模块建筑体系,可较方便地用高强度螺栓进行模块间的连接。首先,以一栋普通住宅为例,将其改造为采用槽形截面钢作为主体结构构件的箱式模块化钢结构,提出了模块建筑的结构设计与建模方法,通过调整不同布置方案和楼层数,来考察该种模块建筑及其设计方法的适用性。然后,为验证等效设计方案的适用性,分别对梁柱构件进行受力分析对比。最后,针对梁进行等代设计的不足,对箱体拼接后形成的组合梁的等效刚度进行了理论分析和实例验证。
Modular building is one of pre-fabricated construction systems,featured with fast construction,high efficiency and environment friendly,and therefore it has a promising market.HSS column is a normal choice for load-bearing columns.However,it is difficult to connect HSS columns on construction site.This paper proposed a new modular system featured with employing cold-formed channel sections with thick wall as modular columns and beams.After connected by high-strength bolts,two columns and beams in channel section can form build-up section which possesses higher load bearing capacity.Firstly,a residential building had been modified with the proposed modular building system.Structural analysis and design was conducted.With analysis on different stories and height,the feasibilities of the proposed modular building system were evaluated.Secondly,in order to verify the correctness of the proposed design method,the comparison of member force between build-up and normal members were studied.Finally,the equivalent stiffness of the built-up beam was verified with FEA result.
