摘要
首先,基于蒙皮理论分析了目前广泛使用的20ft、40ft集装箱单箱的纵向刚度,并将其应用于多层多跨的集装箱房屋中。然后,利用位移协调和经典力学理论,得出了单层多跨、多层单跨、多层多跨的集装箱房屋纵向刚度公式。最后,采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行了建模分析,有限元模拟与理论分析吻合较好,充分验证了理论分析的正确性。分析结果可为集装箱房屋的设计、施工提供参考。
In this paper,the longitudinal stiffness of containers in 20 ft and 40 ft is analyzed based on diaphragm theory and then applied to multi-layer and multi-span container building. Further,a formula on the longitudinal stiffness of containers in multiple layers or multiple spans is developed based on the principle of displacement coordination and classical mechanics. Finally, finite element analysis is carried out using software ABAQUS. The result from finite element analysis has a good agreement with theoretical studies and this also validates the results from theoretical studies. The studies presented in this paper can provide a good reference in the design and construction of container structures.
