摘要
针对中国社会老龄化严重、养老资源不足等问题,以"台达杯"太阳能老年建筑设计竞赛获奖作品《院里院外》为例,在分析泉州地区优越的气候条件与老年人养老需求的基础上,引入"园艺养老"理念,尝试将绿色节能技术与植物栽培、园艺操作等活动有机结合,达到抚慰、调整老年人心理和身体的作用。本方案试图从居住模块设计、模块化结构设计、室内模块化精细化设计三方面进行研究,改变室内空间进深尺度,从而实现模块化多功能居住空间设计,为老年人健康地安度晚年提供参考。
In view of the serious aging and inadequate resources for retirement of the Chinese society,a winning work named“Yard,inside and outside”for architectural design competition with solar technology in 2016“Delta Cup”is presented.On the basis of analyzing the superior climatic conditions and the pension needs of the elderly in Quanzhou,the“horticulture pension”concept is proposed,to organically combine energy-saving technologies with plant cultivation and horticultural operations,so as to soothe and adjust the psychology and physics of the elderly.The contest scheme designs from three aspects including the residential module,modular structure,indoor modular refinement,changes the depth and the scale of the indoor space,to achieve the modular multi-functional living space design,providing the elderly safe and healthy living environment.
