摘要
橡胶在我们生活、生产中的应用并不少见,并发挥了很大的积极作用。模具的应用对于橡胶的成型、硫化影响深远,对模具进行优化设计也更加有利于橡胶的进一步塑性和生成。基于此,本文对橡胶在模具内的流动、硫化行为,以及模具的设计进行研究,期望可以为模具的设计应用,以及橡胶制品的制作提供帮助。
Mould have a far-reaching influence for rubber molding and vulcanization, optimize the mould design is also more conducive to further forming.Based on this, in this paper, the flow in the mold, rubber vulcanization behavior, as well as the design of the mould, can expect for the design and application of mould, and help to the product of rubber products.
