介绍了橡胶成型模具的类型,各种橡胶模具的特点及适用范围。阐述了如何选取橡胶模具的分型面、模具的定位、模腔布局、模具材质和橡胶收缩率的问题。最后介绍了金刚石绳锯固定橡胶注压成型模具结构,并根据制品检测数据对模具结构进行优化设计。
Different types of rubber molding dies and their characteristics and range of ap- plication have been introduced in this article. And the mold joint selection, mold positio- ning, cavity layout, mold material and rubber shrinkage are expounded. In the end of the article, the structure of fixed rubber injection molding die for diamond wire saw has been introduced and the mold structure has been optimally designed based on the test data of the product.
