首先概述了橡胶模具的分类和基本概况,分析了橡胶模具的独有特点。随后分析了橡胶模具的加工技术、选用材质、表面处理、模具污染及模具清洗等情况。着重介绍了橡胶模具的材质及清洗方式的选择和使用状况。最后总结了橡胶模具发展应注意的一些问题。
First has outlined the rubber mold classification and the basic survey, analyzed the rubber mold to be in sole possession of the characteristic. Afterwards analyzed the rubber mold machining technology, selected material quality, surface treatment, mold pollution and mold clean situation and so on. Emphatically introduced the rubber mold material quality and the clean way choice and the behavior in service. Finally summarized some questions which the rubber mold development should pay attention.
