摘要
以高压设备橡胶护套为例,设计了一套橡胶模具,阐述了通过PRO/E软件辅助进行橡胶模具设计的过程和要点,以及其之于传统设计的优势所在。介绍了模具材料的选择,以及模具制造方法的要点因素。
Taking the rubber sheathing of high voltage equipment as an example, a kind of rubber mould is introduced.Moreover, this paper describes the process and key-points of introduced rubber mould on PRO/E and its comparative advantages to traditional designs.Materials chosen for different forming parts and the main manufacturing method for the mould are also introduced.
