摘要
跨界民族是民族问题的表现形式之一,它一般都会涉及两个或两个以上的国家。普什图民族作为阿富汗、巴基斯坦两国的跨界民族对两国的国家行政管理体系一直发挥着重要影响。跨界民族对国家行政管理体系的影响主要体现在以下几个方面:国家安全、民间交流和国家间经贸合作等领域。跨界民族背后所暗含的民族认同与国家认同是影响跨界民族问题产生与发展的重要因素。
Transnational ethnic group is one of the expression forms of national problems,which commonly involves two or more countries. Pushtun,as a transnational ethnic group in Afghanistan and Pakistan,has always had a big influence on the national administrative systems of these two countries. The impact of transnational ethnic groups on the national administrative system is mainly reflected in in aspects of national security,non- governmental exchange and economic and trade cooperation among countries. Ethnic identity and national identity implied in the transnational ethnic groups are the important factors influencing the emergence and development of transnational ethnic group problems.
