摘要 跨界民族由于在文化渊源上属于同一个民族,在地缘上被分割在不同国家,很容易产生诸多跨界民族问题,基于跨界民族的发展过程而提出的解决跨界民族问题的传统思路,虽然能较好地维护国家统一,并尽量减少民族问题出现,但由于传统思路忽略对跨界民族的文化差异的尊重,没有重视对其进行"求同存异"文化观的培养,从而增加了国家统一与边疆稳定之间矛盾的可能性,而义务教育的充分发挥则可以有效缓解或解决这个冲突。 Trans-border ethnic peoples belong to the same ethnic group in cultural origin but in geography they are separated in different countries so that problems may easily occur.Traditional ideas of solving the trans-border ethnic problems were established on the basis of the developing process of trans-border ethnics.Despite the fact that these ideas have played a good role in safeguarding the national unity and in avoiding "ethnic independence",they have some flaws due to the failure to consider the cultural differences of trans-border ethnic peoples on the basis of "overcoming differences and seeking common ground".Consequently,the contradiction between the national unity and the stability in border areas is likely to happen.Still,compulsory education,properly conducted,will be able to mitigate effectively and even resolve this conflict.
