摘要
为了获得一种不经过复杂消化过程即可测定棉粕和鱼粉中粗蛋白总含量的快速方法。实验以国标法作对照,利用过氧化氢代替国标法中的混合催化剂,不经过复杂消化即以酚酞作指示剂,通过蒸馏、滴定,快速测出样品中约60%的粗蛋白含量,经过换算系数1.715计算,得出样品中粗蛋白的总含量;对该方法稳定性进行试验。结果发现,快速法与国标法的结果一致,其稳定性良好。证明快速法是一种快速、可靠、稳定、高效的测量棉粕和鱼粉中粗蛋白总含量的方法。
