摘要
粗蛋白含量的检测是饲料企业检验原料是否合格、成品是否达标的基本工作,蛋白含量的高低是评价饲料及饲料原料营养价值的重要指标,决定着原料的成本和成品的价值。国标法测定饲料中粗蛋白含量采用的是凯氏定氮法,笔者就国标法并根据自身实践经验提出了检验方法的要点和注意事项。
The detection of crude protein contents is the basic work of feed enterprises to check whether raw materials are qualified and whether finished products reach the standard.The level of protein contents is an important index to evaluate the nutritional value of feed and feed materials,and determines the cost of raw materials and the value of finished products.Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method is used in the determination of crude protein contents in feed by national standard method.
