摘要
目的探讨伴有失眠症状的抑郁症患者神经肽类物质神经肽Y(NPY)及P物质(SP)水平的变化。方法选取符合纳入标准的人群为研究对象,依据匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、病人健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)及诊断性访谈将被试分为四组:既无抑郁又无失眠症状的健康对照组(1组),仅有抑郁无失眠症状组(2组),仅有失眠无抑郁组(3组),伴有失眠症状的抑郁症组(4组),每组30例,比较四组的NPY及SP水平。以NPY及SP为因变量,以PSQI、PHQ-9为自变量进行相关性分析。结果伴有失眠症状的抑郁症患者(4组)NPY的浓度低于健康对照组(1组),伴有失眠症状的抑郁症患者(4组)SP浓度高于其他三组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。伴有失眠症状的抑郁症患者的SP含量与PSQI、PHQ-9均不相关,NPY含量与PSQI存在负相关关系。结论相对于健康对照组而言,伴有失眠症状的抑郁症患者NPY水平较低;相对于仅患有抑郁或失眠一种症状或的患者以及既无抑郁又无失眠症状的健康对照而言,伴有失眠症状的抑郁症患者SP水平较高,且该组患者的NYP水平与睡眠质量有正相关性(P<0.05)。
Objective To explore the level of NPY and SP among depressive patients accompanied by insomnia. Methods Selecting the crowd met the inclusion criteria for the study, according to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale (PSQI), Depression Scale Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) and diagnostic interview subjects will be divided into four groups: Neither depression nor insomnia group (group 1), only a depression without insomnia group (group 2), only insomnia without depressive group (group 3), accompanied by insomnia depression group (group 4), 30 cases in each group. Then comparing the levels of NPY and SP among the four groups. The level of NPY and SP as the dependent variables, PSQI and PHQ-9 scores as the independent variables to do the correlation analysis. Results Participants with both depressive symptoms and insomnia (group 4) had lower level of NPY compared with those without depressive symptoms and insomnia (group1). Participants with both depressive symptoms and insomnia had the highest level of SP- compared with those in other three groups, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) . Among both depressive symptoms and insomnia group (4 group), the SP was not correlated with PSQI and PHQ-9, but the NPY was negativity correlated with PSQI (r=-0.31, P=0.026 ). Conclusion Compared with the healthy control group,patients with depression and insomnia has lower level of NYP; and compared with only depression or insomnia and the healthy control group, patients with depression and insomnia has higher level of SP, and the level of NYP has positive correlation with the sleep quality (P 〈 0.05 ) .
