摘要
目的评估河南省疾控系统免疫规划人员专业知识掌握情况,为加强免疫规划人员队伍建设提供依据。方法按照容量比例概率抽样方法,在河南省18个省辖市和10个直管县,抽取128名免疫规划人员进行评估。结果免疫规划人员专业知识平均得分为84.25分,高职称、高学历人员总得分较高,直管县得分低于省辖市。免疫规划人员知识薄弱环节集中于基础理论、预防接种新知识新方法等方面。结论免疫规划人员相关知识掌握情况分布不均衡,应加强直管县免疫规划人员的队伍建设。同时,应结合免疫规划人员的学历、年龄段等特点,进行分类培训,分层指导。
Objective To evaluate the professional knowledge of staff of immunization programs in centers for dis- eases control and prevention in Henan Province, so as to provide the evidence for the construction of the staff of immuniza- tion programs. Methods A total of 128 professional persons of the immunization programs were selected by the proba- bility proportional to size method from 18 provincially administered municipalities and 10 counties in Henan Province and evaluated for their professional knowledge. Results The average score of professional knowledge was 84.25. The score of persons with higher education level and professional title was higher. The score of persons in the county centers was lower than that of persons in the centers of provincially administered municipalities. The knowledge weak focused on the basic theory and new knowledge of vaccination. Conclusion The distribution of professional knowledge of staff of immuniza- tion programs is not balanced. Therefore, the targeted training and guide should be strengthened.
