摘要
目的了解广东省免疫规划人力资源配置现状,为科学配置免疫规划人力资源提供参考。方法采取随机分层整群抽样方法,对广东省各级免疫规划人力资源相关情况进行问卷调查,并结合有关报表资料进行统计分析。结果共调查免疫规划人员1142人,与常住人口总数之比为1.36/万,与〈7岁儿童数之比为1.31‰。其中,男性占45.8%,女性占54.2%;30~39岁占37.8%;所学专业预防医学占32.2%,护理占29.3%,临床医学占26.4%;中专/高中学历占48.5%;初级职称占46.8%。不同级别和不同地区之间编制、专业、学历和职称分布均有明显差异,不同地区之间性别、年龄、工作年限的分布也明显不同。结论广东省免疫规划人力资源存在一些诸如人才梯度不尽合理、级别间和地区间差距过大等制约免疫规划工作发展的问题。
Objective To determine the status of human resource management of the Expanded Program on Immunization （EPI） in Guangdong province, and to provide scientific evidence for better allocation in human resources. Methods Questionnaire-based surveys were conducted in each level of EPI institu- tions that were chosen through stratified random cluster sampling. Results A total of 1,142 EPI workers were surveyed. There were 1.36 EPI workers per ten thousand residents, and 1.31 workers per thousand children below 7 years old. Among the EPI staff, 45.8% were male and 54, 2% were female; 37. 8% were between 30 and 39 years of age; and 32.2% had majored in preventive medicine, 29.3% majored in nursing, and 26.4% majored in clinical medicine. In total, 48.5% had educational backgrounds from a technical secondary school and high school, while 46. 8% had with primary professional titles. There were significant differences in perceived strengths, major, educational background, and professional titles among different administrative levels. In addition, distribution of gender, age years of service was signifi- cantly different by area. Conclusion There are problems with Guangdong EPI human resources. For ex- ample, talent gradient is unreasonable and disparities by level and region are too great. These problems constrain the work of immunization programs.
